There is already an emergency treatment for HIV. Thinking of those people who for various reasons are suddenly at risk of contracting the AIDS virus, an emergency treatment based on anti-retroviral drugs. So ideally, it should start within the first 60 minutes after risky sexual contact or sharing of syringes, and the maximum period is 72 hours. Can be administered, for example, victims of sexual abuse as part of the treatment that includes prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), emergency contraception, gynecological and psychological assessment, but should be administered under strict medical supervision and approval and only in where there is real risk of contracting HIV, because the side effects and toxicity of antiretrovirals and their prices very high. This method I developed from the standards and protocols set out in hospitals to control the infection risk to staff health before a possible exposure to blood contaminated with HIV.

Semen and HIV

A component that is found in semen can enhance the transmission of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) up to a hundred thousand times, according to researchers from the University of California, USA. Over 80% of cases of HIV infection occur through sexual transmission, via the semen of an HIV-positive man.
Fragments of a protein called prostate phosphatase acidité stimulate up to a hundred thousand times the multiplication of the virus. Many human proteins can form fibers, which are associated with various diseases, including diabetes, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. The novelty of this study is that before had not investigated the role of these fibers in the transmission of a virus.
The fibers Seminal "catch" HIV and help you interact with host cells. This suggests a possible treatment to delay the effect would be to administer a substance that prevents HIV adhere to these fibers.
